7. Payment Terms

Fees for legal services are denominated in Thai Baht (THB) and are agreed in writing before work commences. Published fees on our website represent starting points; final fees are confirmed in an individual engagement letter for each matter.

Payment terms are specified in the engagement letter for each matter. Corporate retainer arrangements are subject to their own billing schedule. In the event of early termination of an engagement, fees for work completed up to the point of termination will be due.

Refund Policy

Where work has not yet commenced following payment of a retainer or deposit, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Once substantive work has begun, fees for completed work are not refundable. Any refund will be processed within 14 business days of agreement.

8. Service-Specific Terms

Property Transactions

Our property service covers the scope agreed in the engagement letter. Coordination with third parties, including government offices, is conducted on your behalf but is subject to their own procedures and timelines. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party agencies.

Corporate Governance and Compliance

Advisory and filing services are based on information provided by you. Accuracy of filings depends on the accuracy of information supplied. Retainer arrangements include the scope specified in the retainer agreement and do not automatically cover matters outside that scope.

Dispute Resolution and Mediation

Outcomes in dispute matters depend on multiple factors, including counterparty conduct and arbitrator or mediator decisions. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome in any dispute matter. Our obligation is to provide competent, thorough representation in line with our professional obligations.

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take care to keep information accurate, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or currency of any content. General information on this site does not constitute legal advice for your specific circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability in connection with any matter will not exceed the fees paid for that specific matter. Either party may terminate an engagement by written notice. On termination, you will be responsible for fees for work completed up to that date. We reserve the right to withdraw from a matter in accordance with our professional obligations, with reasonable notice where possible.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally will be referred to the competent courts in Bangkok, Thailand. We encourage direct communication to resolve any disagreements before formal proceedings are considered.

14. General Provisions

These Terms, together with any written engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between the parties for the services described. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms may not be assigned without our written consent.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
